I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University at Long Beach in 2018. I also participated in a Post-Baccalaureate Social Psychology Program in 2019 at The University of Oxford. I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Seattle University. I have maintained a private practice devoted to the treatment of OCD, Anxiety Disorders, Phobias, and Trauma since January 2019. I have also worked at a number of mental health institutions in the Greater Seattle Area. I am a Certified Counselor (CC), a Certified Peer Counselor (CPC), a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDPT), and a Registered Nursing Assistant (NAR) in the state of Washington.
I am an OCD/Anxiety/Trauma sufferer who has obtained extensive experience in the practice of Exposure (and Response Prevention) Therapy and acquired tremendous benefit from this form of treatment. I have translated the fruits of my triumph into therapeutic work with fellow OCD/Anxiety/Trauma sufferers.
